About Overdrive Wellness

Overdrive Wellness is unlike other rehabilitation centres. As an extension of Overdrive Athletic Club, our background in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting allows us to better serve our athletes and the rest of the community with a detailed movement-focused practice.

Active, Collaborative Care

Overdrive Wellness integrates evidence-based treatments to improve the lives of our clients. We emphasize patient-centred care, and want our clients to be actively involved in their recovery and future planning. We focus on educating clients to understand their body and the process of recovery to help them return to their favourite activities.

Our skilled practitioners will put their years of experience and expert knowledge to use for you to help you achieve optimal performance, recover from your injury, and get back to the activities you love.

A clinic run by athletes, for all athletes.

At Overdrive Wellness, all our practitioners partake in a variety of sports, including CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and hockey. We understand these sports injuries first-hand, and can provide you a deeper understanding of your injury and recovery. Whether you’re a competitive athlete, or an everyday gym-goer, we’re here to help you succeed.

At Our Facility

Our facility features both private treatment rooms, semi-private treatment space, and access to our state-of-the-art CrossFit gym.

This allows us to watch you do your favourite exercises at the gym, analyze your movement patterns, and gain a thorough understanding of your injury so we can better serve you.
