Dietetics
Nutrition plays a key role in performance and recovery – here’s where a Dietician can help.
Why Focus on Nutrition?
No matter how much emphasis we put on our training in the gym or our rehabilitation exercises, the body cannot recover or perform optimally without proper nutrition. The foods we eat provide our bodies with the macro and micronutrients it needs to build muscle to improve our performance, and provide energy to repair damaged tissues in injuries.
Nutrition: The Key to Optimizing Performance
Nutrition is very complex, and must be individually examined to meet the demands and needs of each individual. A Registered Dietician is a practitioner that is able to provide clear and individualized nutrition recommendations to help you achieve your goals. They go through extensive education and training to provide the highest level of knowledge to their clients.
